Open Gym

Open Gym time is from 5-7 pm each Friday.

This is a time where CrossFit and Bootcamp members can come and do a workout of their choice. The CrossFit WOD and Bootcamp workouts will be on the board for you or you can choose any other workout to do! This is also a time when you can work on CrossFit skills, mobility or get some extra cardio. Your choice!

Coach will be on the floor and available for assistance. Please check in with Coach to let them know what your Open Gym plan is so we can ensure everyone's success during that time.
