BOOTCAMP

Our Bootcamp, aka HIIT training, classes are designed to build strength and cardio fitness through a variety of interval exercises. Classes will include a full body warm up, overview of the workout movements, the workout and a cool down time. Classes are 1 hour long.

Training includes, pushups/situps, plyometrics, and various types of cardio routines. You’ll frequently see bodyweight movements, bands, ropes, kettlebells, boxes, medicine balls, and dumbbells in these workouts. Classes conclude with a cool down session.


* Monthly rate for Bootcamp classes is only $115!

* Punchcards are also available: 12 Visits = $120

* Bootcamp classes are included in all CrossFit Unlimited Memberships!
