Bootcamp Classes

BOOTCAMP

Our Bootcamp, aka HIIT training, classes are designed to build strength and cardio fitness through a variety of group exercises.

Each class lasts approximately 1 hour. Training starts with a combination of dynamic stretching and exercises, followed by a wide variety of interval training. Training includes, pushups/situps, plyometrics, and various types of cardio routines. Classes conclude with a cool down session.

You’ll frequently see bodyweight movements, bands, ropes, kettlebells, boxes, medicine balls, and dumbbells in these workouts.

Classes are offered every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:30 am and 6:00 pm. Monthly Membership also includes Yoga on Saturdays!

* Monthly rate for Bootcamp classes is only $115!

* Punchcards are also available: 12 Visits = $120

* Bootcamp classes are included in all CrossFit Unlimited Memberships!
